Filing a notice

Send a written notice to our designated contact (see contact page) containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. The exact URL on this site where the infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information (email, phone, address).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our process

On receipt of a complete notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material within ten business days. We will notify the affected user (if any) and provide them an opportunity to respond.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same procedural elements.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers.

Note on game references

Where our games are described as homages or spiritual successors to other products (e.g., BBC Dance Mat Typing, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, Typing of the Dead, Nitro Type), we do not use their copyrighted assets — no original characters, music, code, or branding. If you believe we have crossed a line, please contact us; we welcome the conversation.
